Birthdays, Birthdays, Birthdays....

A lot of birthdays in the month of December. Kary's dad, Mike celebrated his birthday on the 1st.
Our nephew, Matthew Ferrari, turned 7 on the 19th.

Zachary turned 10 months on the 18th... He's had many milestones. He is fully walking, standing up on his own with no assistance, says "Mama" and has 6 teeth with 2 more on the way!

Nathan's brother, Hosh, turned the big 35! We're excited that he's the first one to reach this milestone.

Our nephew, Jacob McAtee, celebrated his 8th birthday on the 1st. His Wii party was a big hit.

Grandma Ferrari celebrated her 80th birthday on the 19th. A big surprise party was thrown for her on the 20th and so many family members and friends from her days as a Kappa Kappa Gamma at San Jose State (Go Spartans!) and Grandma's friends from Bellarmine and Santa Clara University came for the celebration.

Zachary is officially WALKING

So our lives have completely become complicated.... Zachary is officially walking and he's only 9 months.... YIKES!! He's been tackling with it all week but it finally clicked yesterday when he started chasing Tyler all around the house. He does need help to stand up (but he'll use the wall or even a little block) but when he does stand up, he's off. We thought for sure he would take longer than Tyler (Tyler walked at 10 months). The only person that absolutely loves that he walks is his older brother. Tyler loves running around him and says, "Zachary come get me!" We know, it's only the beginning! Our next adventure= climbing and running!

Tyler rides his bike with training wheels

Our little man is growing up. He finally started riding his bike and he absolutely loves it. After a couple of days of getting the hang of it, he actually may be ready for the training wheels to go off. Tyler is super excited and asks everyday if he can ride it but only after he's told "no" about playing Wii Lego Star Wars.
