Here are some pictures of the Mt. Shasta Family Ski Day. Tyler had a blast with all his cousins. It was Marina's 1st time ever snowboarding and Miles was visiting from Florida. Zachy even got the opportunity to play in the snow.

Tyler loves to ski

Tyler loves to ski and thinks he's a pro now that he's a big boy because he can get off the lift by himself and goes down the "advance" run on Douglas. We got a quick video him going down the hill on Marmot. It was his very last run of the day after skiing Douglas all day. He did so good!

Zachy loves to eat

Zachy loves to eat and even more loves to feed himself... he likes to be really independent. I've been dreading the whole eating with the spoon by himself because I didn't want tl deal with one more mess... I know, kind of selfish of me but he's my baby boy. He's growing up so fast so it was time for me to let go and just let him go at it with the yogurt. He did so good. It wasn't as messy as I thought. I highly recommend Benders spoons because you can bend the spoon or fork anyway you like to make it easier for them to eat. I guess Zachy has great talent at eating!

Tyler finally goes on Douglas!!

It's official.... Tyler has learned how to ski on his own. He can get off the lift himself and did 4 blue runs on Marmot and didn't fall so his big moment that he has been waiting for all ski season.......... he was finally ready for DOUGLAS, the advance run. He did so good. His first words after doing his 3rd run of the day was "I did tricks off the jump!" We are so proud of him!! Good job Bubby.

Tyler learns to Bowl!

Tyler went to his friend Kody's 4th birthday party at Country Bowl and boy did he had fun! He kept asking "Can I go again?" He did so good at being patient but when it was his turn he would grab a bowl and throw it as hard as he could. His first time bowling he bowled a 93! He already could beat mommy! By the time he was done, he didn't even need the bumpers.

To the most incredible man I've ever known. Each passing year, you become more wiser. Thanks for being an amazing father, husband and the best example to us! We love you!! Happy Birthday.

Time for Zachary to GOLF

Ty golfing at 20 months old.

Now that Zachy is one, it's now his turn to try to learn the game of golf. Well, perhaps just learn how to hit the ball. He did very well for his firs time with Ty's plastic club that is way too big for him. We took a video of his 1st attempt but by the time he had done a few 100 times, Zachy has now learned how to putt (with lesson from Ty). He loves to do anything his brother does. We introduced Ty to golf when he was a year old as well and now Ty can hit the ball a good 50 yard. Our next step is get Zachy "plastic" golf clubs that actually fit him. We made the mistake as rookie parents and got Ty metal golf clubs for his first set. Not so smart of us for a one year old.. Not sure what we were thinking, well we weren't thinking. Atleast we learned from our mistakes and definitely won't be repeating that one.
